DESAIN PEMBUATAN INSTRUMEN UJI UNTUK MENILAI KOGNITIF MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH JARINGAN KOMPUTER PRODI PTIK DI UNJ MENGGUNAKAN METODE ADDIE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain instrumen uji untuk menilai kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa pada mata kuliah jaringan komputer. Dalam pembuatan instrumen tersebut digunakan metode penelitian ADDIE, yang dimulai dengan tahap analisis yaitu dengan menetapkan target penelitian, kemudian tahap desain yaitu dengan membuat kerangka instrumen, dilanjut tahap pengembangan yaitu dengan menerapkan kerangka instrumen dan membuat butir soal, lalu tahap implementasi yaitu dengan menyebarkan instrumen kepada responden, dan terakhir tahap evaluasi yaitu dengan menilai kelayakan instrumen dan hasil dari jawaban responden. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen yang telah dibuat menghasilkan 28 butir soal valid dengan nilai reliabilitas 0,893 yang tergolong “sangat tinggi” dan mendapatkan nilai daya beda sebesar 0,125 yang berada pada kategori “kurang baik” dan nilai tingkat kesukaran sebesar 0,822 yang berada pada kategori “mudah”. Sedangkan hasil dari kemampuan kognitif responden sebesar 82% yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. This study aims to design test instruments to assess students cognitive abilities in computer network courses. ADDIE research method was used In making the instrument, which began with the analysis stage that is by setting research targets, next is design stage which is making an instrument structure, followed by the development stage by applying the instrument structure and making test items, then next is the implementation stage which is by distributing the instrument to respondents, and finally the evaluation stage is by assessing the validity of the instrument and the results of the respondents answers. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the instrument that has been made produces 28 valid questions with a reliability value of 0.893 which is classified as "very high" and obtains a different power value of 0.125 which is in the "not really good" category and a difficulty level value of 0.822 which is in the "easy" category. While the results of the cognitive abilities of the respondents were 82% which were in the category very good
Smart DIPSS for Dynamic Stability Enchancement on Multi-Machine Power System
Disruption of the electric power system always results in instability. These disturbances can be in the form of network breaks (transients) or load changes (dynamic). Changes in load that occur suddenly and periodically cannot be responded well by the generator so that it can affect the dynamic stability of the system. This causes the occurrence of frequency oscillations in the generator. A poor response can cause frequency oscillations for a long period. This will result in a reduction in the available power transfer power. In a multi-machine power system, all the machines work in synchrony, so the generator must operate at the same frequency. Therefore, disturbances that arise will have a direct impact on changes in electrical power. In addition, changes in electrical power will have an impact on mechanical power. The difference in response speed between a fast electrical power response and a slower mechanical power response will result in instability. As a result of these differences, the system oscillates. The addition of the excitation circuit gain is less able to stabilize the system. To solve the problem, additional signal changes are required. The additional signal is generated by the Dual Input Power System Stabilizer (DIPSS) setting using the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) method.Disruption of the electric power system always results in instability. STATUS HUKUM PEMBERIAN ZAKAT BAGI IBNU SABIL YANG KAYA DI TEMPAT ASAL (Studi Komparatif Antara Imam Kamal Al-Din Muhammad 861 M dan Imam Nawawi 1277 M)
ABSTRAK
Perbincangan mengenai Ibnu Sabil merupakan antara salah satu topik yang sentiasa di
suarakan atau dipertanyakan di masa lalu, sekarang dan mungkin akan terus disuarakan atau
dipertanyakan pada masa yang akan datang oleh mereka yang sampai saat ini masih tertanyatanya
mengenai
status
zakat
bagi
Ibnu
Sabil
yang
kaya
di
tempat
asal.
Perbincangan
ini
terkait
dua
hal yaitu Ibnu Sabil dan kaya. Di dalam hal ini, terdapat dua pihak yang berlainan
pendapat, di antaranya adalah Imam Kamal Al-Din Muhammad yang bermazhab Hanafi dan
Imam Nawawi yang bermazhab Syafi’i.
Imam Kamal Al-Din Muhammad mengatakan bahwa sekiranya Ibnu Sabil yang kaya
itu menjumpai orang yang sanggup mengutanginya, maka lebih utama untuk memberi pinjam
kepada Ibnu Sabil tersebut. Karena Imam Kamal Al-Din Muhammad mengambil pendapat
mengenai Ibnu Sabil yang kaya daripada Imam Hanafi, yaitu Ibnu Sabil mempunyai dua jenis,
yang pertama Ibnu Faqir dan Ibnu Ghaniy. Jadi, pemahaman Ibnu Ghaniy ini adalah orang
yang wajib zakat pada hartanya, tetapi disebabkan hal semasa dan keadaan pada ketika itu,
tidak mampu akan Ibnu Sabil itu terhadap hartanya. Beliau mendasarkan pandangannya pada
hadits nabi mengutus Mu’az pergi ke Yaman tentang mewajibkan zakat pada orang kaya.
Sedangkan Imam Nawawi berpendapat bahwa orang yang bergelar Ibnu Sabil tetap berhak
menerima zakat maupun kaya atau miskin, kerana Ibnu Sabil merupakan antara delapan
golongan yang berhak menerima zakat. Imam Nawawi meletakkan satu syarat yaitu Ibnu
Sabil itu bukanlah di dalam perjalanan yang maksiat. Beliau mendasarkan pendapat beliau
melalui hadits nabi dari Ibnu Abbas tentang nabi menyuruh untuk memberi seekor unta untuk
berhaji walaupun dia merupakan dari keluarga yang berharta.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat kedua tokoh di atas
tentang status hukum pemberian zakat bagi Ibnu Sabil yang kaya di tempat asal. Serta
mengetahui perbedaan dan titik temu antara kedua tokoh tersebut yaitu Imam Kamal Al-Din
Muhammad dan Imam nawawi yang dapat di guna pakai dan relevansinya dengan kondisi di
saat ini.
Perbedaan pendapat mengenai status hukum pemberian zakat bagi Ibnu Sabil yang
kaya antara Imam Kamal Al-Din dan Imam Nawawi, keduanya mempunyai pandangan
masing-masing dan keduanya menggunakan dari hadits nabi. Imam Kamal Al-Din
berpendapat bahwa Ibnu Sabil yang kaya lebih untuk memberi pinjam kepadanya kerana wajib zakat pada hartanya. Manakala Imam Nawawi berpendapat bahwa Ibnu Sabil berhak
menerima zakat maupun kaya atau miskin
The PENGARUH LATIHAN SMASH BOLA GANTUNG TERHADAP TINGGI LOMPATAN ATLET SEPAK TAKRAW PADA KLUB ASAM JAYA
This study aims to determine the effect of hanging ball smash exercises on the jump height of sepak takraw athletes at Asam Jaya Club before and after being given training. This research is an experimental research and the research design used is one group pretest-posttest design.The sample used in this study was 15 takraw athletes from the Asam Jaya club. Data analysis in this study used paired sample tests, namely by comparing the results of the pretest with the posttest in the experimental grou.
The results showed that there was an effect of hanging ball smash training on the jump height of sepak takraw athletes at Asam Jaya Clubs. Hypothesis testing shows that the significance value lies below the level of significance that has been set at 0,000 <0.05. So that it shows H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there are differences related to the height of the jump after being given treatment. Based on the average shows that the posttest value of 2.6700 is greater than the pretest value of 2.6053. From these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of hanging ball smash training on the jump height of sepak takraw athletes at the Asam Jaya Club.
